Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge gets Nougat Upgrade

Samsung Galaxy S7

In a bid to keep up with time, Samsung has started rolling out official Android Nougat 7.0 upgrade for its Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.

Samsung made a hit in the phone market with the release of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge in March 2016 which came with Android Marshmallow 6.0 as stock but in August 2016 Google officially released Android Nougat and for an award-winning device as this, we surely should expect an upgrade.

Here's a screenshot of how the Upgrade looks like:

The update was said to arrive 17 January, 2017 but those running the beta builds are already getting the OTA update notification. In any case, availability of Android 7.0 should expand to S7 and S7 Edge users in more markets over the coming days.
